No problem! Click the link below for recipes.

Before I proceed, here is the first tip. If you would like to reduce the potency or make it further, you can add up to 8 drops of Peppermint oil to 10 ml of vegetable oil. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If this happens, rinse well with vegetable oil, not with water, or it will sting your eyes!

Are you ready?

For Skin & Hair:

A scalp massage, anyone? Add three drops of Peppermint oil to your shampoo in the morning and massage into your scalp for 2 minutes for a quick way to start the day!

Out in the sun all day? Cool your sunbathed skin by adding a few drops each of Peppermint and Lavender to aloe vera gel.

Scorching hot outside? Add two drops of Peppermint oil to a cold, damp washcloth. It’s perfect for the back of your neck, your forehead, or your chest. You can also rub a drop of Peppermint on the tips of your ears to keep you cool during Summer months.

Are you feeling drained? Would you like to recharge yourself? Add five drops of Peppermint oil directly to bathwater with Epsom salt and enjoy it! Trust me; you will feel so refreshed in no time!

To Freshen Up Your Mind:

Would you like to jump-start your day with a morning shower? Put two drops of Peppermint oil on a washcloth and put it on the shower floor just out of the direct stream of water. The steam will surround you with a refreshing aroma!

Is your day dragging? No problem! Through a workout, class, or day at work — enjoy some of Peppermint oil’s benefits by applying it to your head and neck. It promotes feelings of calm and fights occasional nervous tension.

Are you losing your focus? Turn your office into a motivation zone by diffusing this crisp, cool oil before settling in for the workday. Help your family focus during homework time by adding Peppermint to your favourite diffuser blends. Or, let the refreshing scent of Peppermint motivate your mind and muscles while you energize before big projects or races.

More Practical Tips and Tricks:

If you are an outdoor lover, here is good news! Did you know the scent of Peppermint repels most bugs? For this reason, I make my bugs spray with Peppermint oil every summer. Why not use commercial bug repellents? Because most repellents are filled with toxic chemicals, which can make us sick. DEET is linked to seizures, heart failures and even death. By the way, if you would like to make your bug spray, please contact me. I will be happy to share my secret recipe with you!

Or, too late, got bug bites? Then use a drop of Peppermint diluted with vegetable oil to dismiss the itch quickly!

If you have a problem with ants in your house (yikes!), leave a peppermint-soaked cotton ball in their pathway. They’re not big fans of mint, and you’ll have the pleasant aroma lingering in your home!

Would you like to freshen workout gear? Do you have smelly gym bags or stinky shoes? Mix 2 ounces of water and six drops of Peppermint in a spray bottle to freshen them up!

Vacuum cleaning tips, anyone? Keep your carpet or rug smelling fresh with Peppermint oil and baking soda! First, make a carpet powder with 1 cup of baking soda and 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil. Sprinkle the mixture into the carpet, let it sit for at least 15 minutes, and then vacuum it up. Your house will smell like a candy cane in no time!

Have you got smelly garbage? Add a few drops of Peppermint oil on a paper towel to the bottom of your trash can for a pleasant minty aroma.

Who is ready to recharge your body and mind? As you can see, with just a bottle of Peppermint, you can easily take good care of yourself in the comfort of your home.
