Though essential oils may have become popular in recent years, Peppermint has been utilized extensively in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Peppermint is a well-known cold energy herb that dispels inner heat, removes toxins and relieves sore throats and colds. It is no wonder today many use Peppermint oil as a natural fever reducer! Now, is there any way we can cleanse the air without stepping on Peppermint leaves? Try essential oil diffusers! With just a few drops of Peppermint oil and distilled water, the air will be clean and fresh in no time!
